The BMW Group is reimagining its future with the unveiling of the BMW Vision Neue Klasse, set to redefine the brand’s identity through electric mobility, digital innovation, and sustainability.

The BMW Vision Neue Klasse marks a departure from the past, with a design that prioritizes simplicity and elegance. The iconic BMW features, like the kidney grille and Hofmeister kink, are accentuated against a backdrop of clean, streamlined surfaces. Inside, the next-generation BMW iDrive merges real and virtual worlds, offering an unparalleled digital user experience.

Sustainability is at the core of the Neue Klasse, with a commitment to circularity. Through the use of secondary raw materials and resource-efficient production methods, BMW is reducing the vehicle’s carbon footprint throughout its lifecycle. The fully electric drivetrain, powered by the sixth-generation BMW eDrive technology, promises impressive gains in efficiency, with 30% more range, 30% faster charging, and 25% improved efficiency.

Adrian van Hooydonk, head of BMW Group Design, emphasized the timeless elegance of the Neue Klasse’s exterior. Traditional BMW design elements are given a futuristic twist, resulting in a striking and recognizable appearance. Innovative features like E Ink elements and 3D-printed rear lights add to the vehicle’s distinctiveness.

The next-generation BMW iDrive simplifies the user experience, offering an intuitive interface that minimizes analog controls. BMW Panoramic Vision, a new addition, immerses drivers in a digital world, complementing the traditional Head-Up Display. The shared user experience is set to transform the way drivers interact with their vehicles.
